Sun, 20 Dec 2009 11:57:20 AM EDT Hollywood stars George Clooney and Penelope Cruz topped the list of celebrities nominated Thursday for the 16th annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) awards. Morgan Freeman was nominated for best male actor in a leading movie role for "Invictus", Colin Firth for "A Single Man" and George Clooney for "Up in the Air". Sandra Bullock was nominated in the best female acting category for the movie "The Blind Side". Nominees for supporting actor were Matt Damon, Woody Harrelson, Christopher Plummer, Stanley Tucci and Christoph Waltz. Penelope Cruz was nominated for her work in "Nine". Vera Farmiga, Anna Kendrick, Diane Kruger and Mo'Nique were nominated for supporting female actor. |
